Soapy Taste In Mouth And Indigestion

Warning: highly addictive: Indian Knabbernüsse

I wanted you even today a incredibly healthy salad present. But it is still something intervened - and the best Knabberkram I've ever eaten, and yet even made it! :) Originally I wanted to last weekend Stephs roasted chickpeas imitate, the Sylvia me recently kindly reminded again added. Then, however, were calculated from the day to get anywhere dried chickpeas, although I would otherwise easily even in small local supermarket wars. But the postman brought me the same day last Nickis new cookbook . It laughed at me then at the Indian Kernemix and compensated for that the chickpea snack unfortunately had to be postponed until times.

So I move now, nuts, and only a little later in my whole apartment smelled heavenly of spices and fresh roasted nuts:) Actually, I eat nuts not even particularly like sooo much better and have other snacks, so my original plan was to give away the nuts. But once tried, I could not even let my fingers on it and it was very difficult to divert for the recipient still a presentable set. The nuts have a weird addiction potential and are likely in the near future for me to be a standard - there was hardly the first load of all, in any case had to immediately give the next: o) So, TRY, TRY, TRY THIS!

had a small change can I: I like the original recipe intended, and did not get unroasted and unsalted pumpkin seeds did, I replaced with cashews. They were also super-tasty, but need the oven a little longer than sunflower or pumpkin seeds.

recipe
for 200g (viiieeel too little, absolutely do more, o))

2 tablespoons raw cane sugar (such as muscovado)
1 tsp garam masala
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 / 2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 / 2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1 egg white (Size L)
100g pumpkin seeds 100g sunflower seeds

oven to 175 degrees (convection oven 160 degrees) Preheat. Baking sheet with parchment paper. Sugar, spices and salt. Beat egg whites until fluffy, stir in spice mixture until the sugar is slightly dissolved. The nuclei undergo evenly until they are completely covered.

mix spread on the plate and in the oven (middle) in about 15 minutes (took me 20-25 minutes more), crispy roast, from this and mix. Remove from oven, cool and remove from the paper can. Store in an airtight container.
